While you are at it, also checkout CATS. http://www.catsone.com . I find simplicant a bit too simple. CATS seems to have both simplicity and rich feature set. Try both and be the judge...see what fits your needs.

Simplicant stands for simplicity whereas others in hope of boasting features to customers become cumbersome like the software mentioned above.

I have used both of these for my company. Using cats at first, I felt very hard to manage the controls, very complex system. As soon as I switched to simplicant, I just started loving it. It's very much simple and easy to use and manage as compared to cats.
